Ed Krajcir, Valens Capital
Ed has almost 20 years of experience as the managing partner of a Wisconsin based mergers and acquisitions firm where he has been involved in over 200 transactions. Prior to managing the firm, Ed was vice president of sales for a contract manufacturer, managed a construction OEM division, and oversaw the international sector of the largest natural gas distribution contractor in the country.

Dr. Warren Krackov, CMO
Warren is an Interventional Radiologist and a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology with 16 years of clinical experience and 10 years of leadership experience; he continues to maintain an active IR practice. Previously, he was Chief Compliance Officer for a network of OBLs and was a Regional Medical Officer at one of the country’s largest OBL/ASC companies, where he had oversight of dozens of physicians at over 30 sites. He trained at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School and Tufts University and obtained his master’s in healthcare administration from UCSF, where he was later on faculty. Warren continues to practice Interventional Radiology.

Jeff has over 20 years of experience developing cardiovascular based ventures. He has been a senior partner for 3 consulting companies and is president of KKM’s consulting practice. Jeff is a hands-on program developer who manages and implements all aspects of client engagements, from initial feasibility assessment to post-opening support.
